I used to love the Palais. No longer. Too much general grumpiness from management. Too much rudeness to employees. It really kills the happy atmosphere. Nobody likes seeing someone being grumpy behind the bar. Nobody likes seeing a person in a position of power belittle and berate others. If it were a one-time thing, it might have been an off.
